The short version. We ask for the fewest fields that can build a plan, we never ask for contact data, we use it only for your plan, and we delete it 90 days after delivery.
A deals export: deal ID, company ID, owner, segment, source, created date, close date, stage, amount. A companies export: company ID, industry, employee count, region. An AE list: name or alias, segment, start date, quota.
Contact names, emails, phone numbers, notes, call recordings, or anything about your customers' people.
Replace AE names with aliases like AE 1 and AE 2, and company names with IDs. The plan works the same, and you map them back on your side.
Your files are read by Patrick Franciotti and by the automated build that produces your plan, which uses AI tools, including Claude, to analyze the data and check the math. Files are uploaded over HTTPS and delivered to Patrick's Gapline inbox by our email provider (Resend). Lead details are stored in Airtable. AI processing runs through Anthropic's Claude. Hosting (Vercel), email delivery and payments (Stripe) run on service providers that use data only to provide their service. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Raw files, and the emails that carried them, are deleted 90 days after your plan is delivered, or within 2 business days of a request. If you subscribe to Plan Pulse, we keep the files you send each month for the same 90 days.
