On time and ready to run, or you don't pay: delivered within five business days of receiving complete data, with every assumption documented and one round of revisions. If it's late, or you tell us within 14 days of delivery that it isn't ready to run your year on, you get a full refund within 10 business days. A plan that confirms yours is sound counts as a good outcome.
Plan Pulse can be canceled anytime; the current month isn't prorated.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
