The Gap Report runs in your browser. Nothing is stored unless you ask for the report by email.
If you do, we keep your email, company name, the numbers you entered and the results, to send the report and one follow-up.
CRM uploads should contain company-level fields only. We delete uploaded files, and the emails that carried them, 90 days after delivery, or sooner on request.
We do not sell or share your data. Service providers that process it on our behalf use it only for that purpose: Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics), Resend (email delivery), Airtable (lead records), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI processing used to build plans).
To delete your data, reply to any Gapline email.
